Hate to be the nay sayer but check if the engine is free. Make sure the ingnition is off or the fuel.shut off is pulled and the trans is in neutral. Grab the fan firmly and try to turn the engine. If the belt slips apply more tension to the loose segment with your free hand. If you see any movement of the crank pulley in the normal direction of rotation you are good to proceed with the other folks recommendations. You never know what can happen when a tractor sits out unprotected in heavy rains. If it does not turn the direction of normal rotation but turns backwards it may be hydro-locking against water in a cylinder. This requires pulling all the spark plugs or injectiors then turning the engine to clear the water from the cylinders. Good luck!
