I don't know where you are located but here in Ohio on farm machinery there is no overwidth problems with the law if it is towed. Now if you put it on a truck then you fall under the over width requirements for sines, and possibly even a lead car. I think here if you were pulling it behind a truck with that sign on you could get in trouble for it.
