Sorry that you are so uniformed about this topic. If you truly believe that you will ever buy food cheaper than you do now, then you need only look at what the price folks pay for dairy in other countries like Britain, or New Zealand to see that the price to the consumer goes unchanged. The processor and retail out let�s just gain profit margins, while the primary producers, receive less for their products. To me folks that make comments like yours, are simply disgruntled farmers, that look to see pleasure in seeing others fail. It will not enrich your life any by watching farmers in other sectors being used as pawns in a trade dispute. Clapping and cheering from the sidelines, while watching another�s business being destroyed by means beyond their own control, shows not only a lack of respect for your fellow man, but also a lack of character. My assumption is that you probably never have had what it would take to be a successful farmer and compete within the same markets as I have for the last 38 years, or your perspective would be different.
