Those grounds are huge,and I see the need and downright convenience of using them on the rest of the grounds,but in the flea market,they need to put up bales of straw or something like they did for a few years after that kid ran over somebody. I know they don't let garden tractors in the flea market and the guys who get around on those respect the rules and park them and walk,but somebody needs to get the message to the golf cart crowd. I saw them lined up almost bumper to bumper driving through. A person on foot didn't have a chance.
