I saw your post yesterday but did not answer since I do not know that tractor as such. But I have found that a lot of bolt holes go all the way threw the casings so if there is oil on the inside the bolt can leak a little bit. One way to stop that is clean the treads real good with carb cleaner spray or brake cleaner spray put a little silicone gasket maker on the bolt and put it in. Nice thing with the silicone is it stops the oil leak but does not make it real hard to remove the bolt in the future.
