Entry fee depends on break stop snacks, and any meals you plan to provide. Donation for meal can work too. Some rides I attend support local FFA chapters, or youth groups. Miles depend on when you want to start. Are you planning two speed groups? I prefer 15-18 MPH but some are 10-12 MPH. Not hard to cover 50 miles even with two break and one meal stop with the slower speed, faster group can cover 75-85 miles easy. Most miles I've done in one day was this summer, drove 40 miles on the Rockville Bridge Tour, then left for the 147 mile trip home, 187 total.
