I have a 1420 IH. The auger swing is slow. I’m wondering if the steering hand pump is the problem? In the service manual. The flow dividers. Give steering priority over auger swing and reel lift. As of now mine is working when I manipulate the steering wheel. There is an Orifice before the hand pump. To restict flow to steering hand pump. I’m wondering if the orifice. Or hand pump. Is worn.
