It will depend on what your deck height is. If your looking at a gooseneck trailer yes it will probably be over height unless you load it then take the wheels off and let it down to blocks under the axle. It will also be over width with the ladder sticking out unless you can fold it up enough. As for the over height it will also depend on where you are. Most states west of the river are 14 foot legal height,though NE is 14-6 legal. MN,OK,MO are still 13-6 Ks just went to 14 a few years ago. Nothing east of the river is over 13-6 Il if it has a wheel base and AG does not need a permit just signs and flags and a blinky light visible from all directions If it is over height IL doe require a permit.
