The Forest City, MN tractor show is this weekend. Forest City is located on MN hwy 24, six miles NE of Litchfield. This year"s feature is Oliver-Hart Parr, and Fairbanks Morse engines. Across the street is the Forest City Stockade- a replacement for the original stockade which was constructed for defense during the Souix Uprising in 1862. Displayed and demonstrated there are pioneer crafts, a black powder shoot, and a rendezvous. Each organization is a separate entity, and have their own websites....Forest City Threshers, and Forest City Stockade.
