This young man is my buddy's grandson who's had a keen interest in tractors and all things tractor related for going on 7 years or so. Saturday they stopped by and he got to drive a rideere for the first time all by himself. After he tired of that he wanted to ride the "big" tractor so I fired up the B and we tooled around the place in low gear while his pa pa ran circles around us on the 110. It kind of became a cat and mouse game with him having the advantage being able to see us and hear us more easier than the other way around. At one point I mentioned it'd be best if he didn't mention steering the thing to his grandma as she might have hissy fit. Later when grandma called to see what was keeping the boys little Landon got on the line to reason with her. The wife said the conversation on this end went something like "now grandma don't be mad at pa pa, it was Jim that let me steer the big tractor". He totally threw me under the bus! Anyway, we goofed off for a good two or three hours getting absolutely nothing done. Of the three of us I don't know all had the most fun. I think he's going to turn out just fine.
