While a really deep pond is subjectable to water turn over bringing stagnate un-oxygenated water to the surface there is no way you will oxygenate a pond that deep.
If you are trying to stock the pond at commercial fish farm rates you may need aeriation in the summer but stocking at those rates is not advisable for a farm pond.
