Not sure I'm following everything...
You are wanting to plug the container into the generator, less the stove?
Without knowing the amp draw, can't give a good answer. If you have access to an amprobe, and the container is still connected to power, you can experiment with different loads, see how much what is drawing. If no amprobe, look at the tag on each appliance, it will have amp draw information. Add everything up that will be on at one time, including lights. The generator is good for about 20-25 amps.
If the generator has a 4 conductor receptacle, it can be wired into the panel using each line, the neutral, and ground.
If all it has is a 3 conductor 220 receptacle, (no neutral) you can't use that as the container is wired. The panel will have to be reconfigured, either put all breakers on one line, or tie the lines together, (which will eliminate 220 availability) then it can be plugged into the standard 120v receptacle, NOT THE 220! .

In my younger days, mom, dad and my brother made frequent visits to dad's youngest brother Pete, who took over the home farm from grandpa MIke. It was the typical set-up, milk cows, pigs & chickens.
