I wanted a new 2018 Mustang GT pretty bad 6 months ago, Wife just flat said NO, so bought a new 400 hp V-8 powered pickup. So back in mid May SON bought a new 2018 Mustang GT, his Midlife crisis, MY midlife crisis was an '88 Mustang GT hatch back with t-tops, 5-speed. Son's new car has TWICE the horsepiwer, accelerates WAY harder, his has a performance package #2 option, includes huge Brembo brakes, Recaro Racing Bucket seats, 305-40x19 ultra high, performance tires, almost racing slicks. Whether it's drag racing, road racing, or running around a skid pad, or just spirited street driving, car just amazes me. 45 mph Interstate entrance/exit ramps feel comfortable at 90. If you have to stop quick, check ALL your mirrors first, You WILL stop way faster than the car behind you. Yes, I just need a ride in Son's Mustang every once in a while.
