I have not used a speedi sleeve. There was a groove worn in the crankshaft, but it was very minor. I have moved the seal from the original location. I thought maybe it was overfull( wrong dipstick)
but after checking the book and the quantity drained it was correct. Blowby is not excessive. The seals are a International specific National number, and cost $45.00 each. It seems like the seal is having oil washed up on it as when I took it apart the seal was full of oil up to the lip on the lower side of the crankshaft. I may have to fabricate some kind of shield/gasket that would divert some of this oil away from the seal. I will post pictures when I get it back apart later tomorrow.
