Your tractor was built in Rock Island, IL. All Case ser. tags say Racine WI. Not made in Racine WI regardless of were they were built. Va series, small 100 series, small 30 series were built in Rock Island and were pos ground the bigger letter series were built in Racine along with the big 400 and up and the larger 100 b series and 30 series and were neg. ground. Early 630 was built in Rock Island and late ones were built in Racine.
