Let me add a little here. Why do you think a lot of states, states with a lot of farms have passed laws about how old a kid has to be to operate equipment? It darn sure ain't cause none have been injured or killed!
Now the question is do you want to make it to where any kid, even the farm owners kids can't operate equipment until they are 18? Well that's coming! More than one farm state has had that idea proposed a heck of a lot more times than you can imagine! Only a matter of time till it becomes law.
Heck I was mowing lawns for money at 10. Now that's illegal in all states! Go research why!
