I buy some older trade ins from a dealer about 100 miles from me.He wants them out of the area and only takes them if he has to.I'd guess if the person that traded in the old tractor could have paid about the same money if they'd come in and dealt straight payment instead of trading.He says he doesn't want to sell an old tractor to customers local because they will expect the old tractors to have about the same warranty as his new ones and no matter how how many times he tells them AS IS once it breaks down he'll hear about it.So I buy them and he never hears about them unless he asks.

If impossible to place tractor under cover, be sure to cover air stack and exhaust pipe. Drain radiator and engine block. To avoid gum content collections, drain both fuel tanks and carburetor. Leave radiator and fuel caps slightly loose to protect gaskets. Block tractor up to remove weight from tires and to keep tires from contact with moist floor.
