Not farming but I do have allergy issues. I hate going to the doctor and I hate taking medicine. About the only doc I don't object to is the chiropractor, and he recommended Ortho-Molecular Products D-Hist. The way he described it is that it's not a pill to replace the body's functions, it's a natural supplement to support/stimulate the body's functions. I did not take the official loading dose, just started taking 1 pill a day. It has made a huge difference. I used to have a constant headache right between my eyebrows.
