Have you checked the level of the oil? It may be overfilled, or coolant has gotten into the crankcase. Two other reasons include: the idea that you might be seeing what is called "wet Stacking" this is carbon deposits being mixed with moisture in the exhaust condensing into the exhaust system and being emitted as an oily residue. If the "oil" dries up leaving a dark grey spot. that is what it is. working it hard for a few hours will make that go away. the other is rings being stuck and allowing oil to pass more easily. Putting a tablespoon of ATF in the cylinders and turning the engine over (not starting) for 5 revolutions to distribute it, then waiting for 5 days to a week, can assist in getting them unstuck. Jim
