Another idea I had a Fiat built tractor motor that needed rebuilding no one wanted to tackle it I knew,so I took out an ad on Craigslist explaining what I needed.A real nice young fellow that worked for a dealer, had worked on those motors and had his own shop on the side answered the ad things worked out and he did an excellent job on the motor and I have gotten him to do more work too.Those 226 AC motors are pretty easy to work on you shouldn't have any problem getting it fixed.Any small farmers in your area? If so ride by and ask them who they get to work on tractors.
