When I lived in Athens that was back in the late 60s early 70s so things where a bit different they they are now days. My dad taught at the college in Athens at the time. I got my first real paying job there also and paid both income tax and S.S at the age of 12. I worked at the Athens news paper company. Athens is also one of those dry country's where you had to go to another one to buy booze of any type. My dad got pulled over and was about to get a ticket for having a bottle of wine till he told the cop it was for the church he had started. I also totaled a 1965 Chevy Bel-air with a Honda 90 motorcycle in Athens. Guy made a left turn in front of me and I had less then 30 feet to stop going 30MPH
