I do not have logged data, but here are my observations.
Low end torque seemed to increase a lot, I could lug engine completely down until it scared me and would not stall. Net HP was probably about the same because I think the engine ran out of air, would just turbo'd it and not put in high compression pistons if doing again.
Idle was smooth regardless of mixture, never misfired. T
ractor does not have unburned hydrocarbon smell anymore, even without cat converter.
Really have the ability to set spark advance to varying conditions now.
I have been wanting to get the can bus EGT module, and hook up the thermocouples I installed and look at cylinder temperature differences.
I am intrigued by port injection, but the siamese intake really complicates this.
I built an electronic governor, but have not installed it yet.
An "ideal" tuning setup would have the dyno be computer controlled, and run a master program that looks at the engine data to curve all the readings. JD Seller graciously let me use his dyno, I final tuned by driving tractor around the hills here with varying loads. It is really hard for one guy to run dyno, adjust throttle for tuning. I need to run more tuning on mine, but it has been so blasted hot, hope to do it in the fall and log some data.
