I agree with your co-worker a 110% I never take wheels off a tractor to change them. When wheels are on tractor they are solid and not sliding around on the ground, and you can use the leverage you need to pry the tire off. I use a slide hammer bead breaker or a bead hammer to break the bead, depending on tire size. Simple and easy, both on and off, unless you have a tire machine for drop center 14-16" wagon and tractor front wheels. Loren
