UPDATE:
Just wanted to give an update on this problem in case anyone else runs into the same issue.
The pump (the small pump that works the loader, etc.,) not the 3 pt pump, has a small barrell on top. Some of the parts backed out of this barrell and fell into the housing down into the hydraulic oil.
Just pure luck that we saw the parts after draining the oil.
Put these parts back into the barrell and it worked fine.
Don't know what caused the parts to back out.
This pump is the one on top that you see immediately when you remove the top of the housing.
