yes its safe because its not a trailer and the DOT wont pull them over to make sure their license is correct for the type of trailer and pickup they are using to haul the tractor and ask them how far away from home they are in case they violated some distance law that someone else on YT told them they would not have to worry about.....
NOW...if you post that in the pullers section...well....the YT Puller police will probably have a hey day.....
