Don't know where you're at, but we're feeling about the same way at this point. No appreciable rain (or snow) in over 3 months.
Supposed to get heavy rain/thunderstorms tomorrow. ....We'll see! Just keeps going around us or petering out. The rain that surrounding areas get keeps draining to here, so at least the grass is now green.
