Last year I plowed under an acre, leveled it and planted sun flowers. Had allot of grass grow between the sun flowers but didn't get a chence to do much with it last fall except mow it.
Several weeks ago I tilled it up and let it sit, now I have quite a bit of grass starting to sprout. I sprayed the whole thing yesterday with round up and now it's ready to level and plant.
How soon can I get on it to level it after the roundup spray? Do I need to wait till the grass starts dying or will it go ahead and die if it's covered up or disturbed?
Suppose to rain this weekend and am hoping I can get it leveled and planted before it rains. If not I will have to wait almost a week for it to dry out before I can get back on it with a tractor.
