My Ford 3000 has a Cross two spool valve for the loader that is getting tired. Think it is the BA series, it acts like the pressure relief is kicking in too soon and it is leaking down.
When I say leaking down, when I first got the tractor I could leave the loader up and it would still be in that position days later. Now it will be on the ground the next day. Pretty sure it's the valve, cylinders were just rebuilt last year.
A new valve is in the $300.00 range and wondering if anyone has ever rebuilt a Cross valve? Is it just a matter of finding the right O-rings or will it be more involved than that?
