I tried this and that and installed a new pump and still no difference.
There was air in the garden hose causing the problems. It can not build pressure if there is air in the system.
Go to Wal-mart an pick up an on/off valve for a garden hose. Place this on the end of the hose and turn the water on and get all of the air out of the hose and shut off the valve. Hook it up to your pump and hold the trigger down to purge the air out of the pump. Your ready to go now.
