They all vibrate some. That's why there is an antivibration clamp between the two under the hood. Make sure it is intact. Bend the lines enough so that they don't touch each other or the steering shaft. If that doesn't help you are most likely sucking in air on the big return line. There are seals at every joint and they are getting old.
