I could also plant peas seperate. I'm just looking for ideas to burn up surplus seed. As for food plots. Is grass bait? If so better make sure you shoot that deer on a bare spot of ground. Its complicated but the way I understand it you can not throw anything out for the deer the shoot them there. But if certain vegetation should happen to already be there its fine. I've known people who bait deer along a established trail then set up a stand between said bait and desireable spot ( cover, water, etc.) although I'll admit this is pushing one's luck.
