The large dairy(click below) was getting cotton seed just like you describe, back in '09 I recall filling a large paper coffee cup with it, as I had never seen it before. Quite the place and the article certainly was right, there are times you don't want to stand still around this place. Always stayed near the truck and one of the photos shows where the storage bins are,(sawdust pile) one was full of cotton seed. We used to haul bedding for calves and hay and straw to this farm, and haul out sweepings to one of the managers beef operations.
