Easiest way to convert is to get the whole carburetor/manifold assembly off a gas 706 in a salvage yard, and swap it on to the LP tractor. You'll also need gas tank, hood panels, but there are three different hoods for a 706 so you need to get the right ones.
Probably will turn out more expensive to do that than to sell the LP tractor, which has some collector value, and buy a gas tractor already done.
Instructions: Take the LP parts off. Put the gas parts on. You gotta understand that people have limited time and can't be writing books on how to do stuff for you. This is not a common thing that people do these days so it's not likely to have a step-by-step somewhere online. If you understand the concepts of how an engine works and what the parts of an engine are, you should be able to figure it out, though.
