The 22 bench rest shoots are done at 50 yds. Two sets of 25 targets, only one shot per target that are about 3/4ths the size of a dime. If you at least break the edge of the circle it's 10 points (outer rings are progressively less points) but if you get it inside without touching the sides it's a bullseye (very usefull in breaking ties). Her rifle is a home made single shot bolt action with a 36x scope. The greater difficulty is that the 22s are slow and very influenced by the slightest wind. We had 3 wind flags over the 50 yd distance to help read it down range. She beat out a friend, who finished 3rd, who beat her for the win in the last 100 yd egg shoot of last year.
