Hey fellas, I do have down spouts off the building, horses are in and out and have access to pasture but I do have a hay feeder in this area that doesn’t help. The ground is super hard I had a Deere 350 dozer when grading behind building and couldn’t get through the rock, had to have an excavator come out and finish it. It’s clay and shake and huge rock. I believe once it drys up I will get it graded and try the fabric and crushed stones and have the wife and daughter make sure they are cleaning hooves regularly once I get the crush and run out in. It’s not a very large area maybe 30x40 but I just put concrete in my 60x40 shop and don’t want another bill like that.
