Seems like for that price it should be ready to go. I had one for an Allis Chalmers one time, seems like I sold it for about $250. Bear in mind that you'll not have any draft control, so pretty much useless for plowing, a little less useless for back blade. If you're going to move round bales, for a little more money you could get a loader for the tractor and have something useful year-round.
BTW, I have one, complete, for a JD styled A, B or whatever others it would fit. It fits on the rockshaft, so tractor must have that. Needs some cleaning up, been on a shelf in the barn for about 35 years. Price is negotiable, item is in western Washington- shipping should be pretty reasonable through Fastenal.
