A trailer was parked in the Scales yard that looked similar to mine, with RED FLAGGING. "NOT TO BE MOVED". While I was checking all binders, lights etc, a service truck arrived. The TRAILER was Ticketed as the TRAILER was running AUTOMOTIVE TRUCK TIRES!
