I'm sure the sale price had a lot to do with the faults the vehicle had. I've never bought a used vehicle in my life that came with any kind of warranty. Once you take it off the lot it's your problem. Most people don't have a mechanic look at a vehicle before they buy it but should. The work truck I'm using right now had to have a transmission within six months of buying it.
