Depends on how the dealer is set up,haven't seen it in a while but the local dealers had a guaranteed area and a As Is area,if it was As Is had to figure something was up.Now they have an auction every Wed night,you buy the vehicle you have 30 minutes to check it out and reject it if you don't want it otherwise you own it with no recourse.With a vehicle of much value I'd be taking it to a good mechanic to check it over before I'd buy if the owner/dealer won't let me do that then I'll leave it.
