In Mn there is a time frame where you can return a vehicle after purchase without penalty, even for used. He should check with his state. I would certainly have a tantrum in the sales office til it was fixed tho. That said, I had my 2005 f350 for a couple weeks before I tried to set the cruise only to find out it doesn't have cruise! Lol, I didn't even think to look for cruise and didn't know they even made a vehicle without it anymore. Lol
