I prefer the four legged solar powered harvesters for doing my mowing, so if it were me I'd try and get some fence around the other 15 acres of grass. For building the fence, and the other fossil fuel powered jobs, an Oliver 550 would be my choice. For your budget, you could get two of em. Strong little tractor, simple design, decent hydraulics for its vintage, and if your real lucky you'll find one with power steering! For your critters, all I can say is baaaa! Gets some hair sheep. Easy keepers and far easier to handle than cows or horses. The wife and kids will love all the little lambies to boot!
