Why don't we talk about banning violent video games and movies? At least try to look at the root of the problem. Ban one tool and they will find another. My opinion is the ones who want to ban guns want a simple solution that won't affect them. By the way, if you want to save kids' lives, work to get cell phones banned. I bet if you would do some research you would find they are responsible for more deaths than firearms, although it will be harder to prove because they aren't on the agenda to get banned. I guess some deaths are more acceptable than others.
