Grandpa bought both the Farmall M and Oliver 88 brand new that are still here today. Neither left the farm in terms of trade or sale. The biggest journey either had was from the factory to the dealership then from the dealership to our farm. Both are in pretty decent shape but need a little TLC at the moment. Dad bought the 4010 diesel brand new that as still here as well. What always captured my interest was the ones never bought but were considered which was pretty rare. I found some literature out in the garage a long time ago for an Oliver Super 88 with some figures scrawled on it which had to be price. Nothing showing trade so the M and 88 were safe. Then there was an invoice from an area JD dealer dated 1970 that had a very large figure written on the back of it. Kind of guessing a 4620 was being priced.
