Is the loader on a joystick or off the remotes? If it's on a joystick,I'd guess that it's a pressure sensing issue. As for the 3point, if everything else works ok, loader etc then I'd suspected an electrical issue, either the solenoids for the 3point (on the back of the pump, right side of transmission behind battery box) or possibly the electric switch on the console for up down etc.
