It is some model of low profile Ford. Used to be common as dirt to see one in the county I grew up in. First saw them when state and county had a fleet of them to mow with. Then they got sold at state and county auctions dirt cheap, so they were still seen mowing private land. My great uncle owned one, was yellow under the Ford blue. Everything on that tractor had been worn out at least twice before he got it.
