If things are going to get really wet or even under water use that blue Marine grease. I like the grease at tractor supply that is about mid price the has several % of Molybdenum Disulfide "molly" in it. Wears really well in heavy moving parts. It is classed as a soft metal, and is very slick under pressure. Millitary uses it. That red high temp stuff is good where things can get pretty warm. There is also a special grease for the gear box used on corn heads for the cycle knife drive. Narrow down what you are trying to do and let the guys chime in.
