Sounds like you need something in stone. Personally I would have a sit down with a good lawer. One who specializes in this stuff. Yes you are being hasseled and it will continue. Government is government and they need a swift kick in the jewelry to stop it. Had to call the REAL cops on 5he smart phone to get this piece of excretion off my case. Was half tempted to get my lawer involved for harrasment. Damn rent a cops is all most of them are. Real police rejected clowns. Now of days the name PIGS is starting to fit better and better. There are many very polite and common folk type police out there. Have had very good experience with NJ State Police. VERY professional. But the pigs are the one who screw it up for everyone else. Again...my rant.
