Hello! I've taken apart the rear of my 1962 Ford 4000 tractor (4 cyl.) to replace multiple parts, but the one of most concern is the damaged bracket that appears to hold the end pinion bearing in place - it was riveted to the housing. 2 main questions: Is there a part, if so what #, that replaces it and why would the pinion bearing that it appears to hold in place come completely apart while no other bearing appears to have any damage at all? I attached pictures (hopefully they uploaded correctly). I'm sure y'all have a lot more information to share than what I've asked, so I'm more than happy to learn whatever additional info y'all have.
