So I dug deeper into lift cover and came across something not so good.... my draft control lever had the pin broke so it was jus spinning and not moving internal part and also the draft control roller was buggered up had a nice groove in it from rolling. Got the new parts on way now so I'm guessing this might have been the main issue but I got other stuff already and it taken apart so it's all going back together new now haha and hopefully wont have to tear it apart like this for a good while.
