I had the same thing happen with my 41 9N. I backed it in my garage with the snow plow on, so it was ready to go. Ended up having rotator cuff surgery, so a friend of mine took care of the snow with his pick up. When spring came, the tractor wouldn't start. I went on the Ford section of the forum explaining my situation and got all kinds of advice. Finally one guy replied with, "Stop throwing parts at it. If you backed it in, you should be able to drive it out. Your rings are stuck". He had me put 3 ounces of ATF or Marvel Mystery Oil in each cylinder and let it sit for 3 days. Then crank it over and add 1 more ounce per cylinder and start it the next day. I was a little skeptical and didn't bother moving the stuff that had accumulated in front of and around the tractor. To my surprise, the tractor started. I couldn't even see across the garage through the Marvel Mystery Oil smoke. Moved the stuff, got the tractor out and set up a couple fans. This forum has been good to me! I couldn't thank that guy enough.
